Jeffrey A. Wells

Devoted to providing professional legal services, Jeff Wells understands the complexities of the law and life. With almost two decades of experience, Jeff takes pride in helping people during the most stressful times in their lives. He understands the importance of getting into the trenches with his clients and skillfully advising them and tenaciously fighting for them. 

Jeff has much experience in various areas of law.  Prior to starting his practice, Jeff worked as in house counsel and as an executive leader for the City of Fort Morgan, as a senior associate for a private insurance defense and business law firm and as an assistant city attorney for the City of Greeley. In addition to these positions, Jeff served as a Municipal Court Judge and a Hearing Officer for liquor licenses.  He has extensive experience in federal and state civil litigation including trials and appeals. 

Outside of his legal practice, Jeff volunteers his time to improve his community. This includes delivering meals to homebound seniors, helping in local schools, and serving as a board member for non-profit organizations. 

Jeff is licensed to practice in the state of Colorado and several federal jurisdictions including the U.S Supreme Court. He is a fifth generation Colorado native growing up and living most of his life in rural communities.
